Unfortunately not all dogs live the life they deserve but even with all he had been thru he is still all smiles and tail wags .
Today Teddy is finally getting the help he desperately needs under Noah’s rescue . The rescue is looking for a Foster or Foster to Adopt until TB is medically cleared . Sadly he is Heartworm positive and is on phase 3 of his treatment. The rescue will cover all expenses
